Personal trainer shares genius towel-inspired workout amid coronavirus lockdown

Laura Ghiacy, a personal trainer based out of Los Angeles, California shares with the quarantined masses of the world a simple but creative workout using household items that anyone can do.

From Laura, who can be found on Instagram @laura_ghiacy: I have created some at-home workouts that only require items that you already have at home... like tea towels! The tea towels work just as well as sliders on hard floors or, if you have carpeted floor, grab two paper plates.

The format of the workouts is an AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) meaning you do each move ten times and do as many rounds of that circuit as you can in the amount of time you have... I put my phone timer on for 25 minutes but if you have less / more time then tailor it to whatever time you have. Repeat the sets until your timer buzzes!
