Sheep gives birth to two lambs on Chinese highway with help from driver
A driver helped a female sheep deliver two baby lambs on a highway in eastern China.
In the footage captured in the Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge, a man drove a van with 9 sheep on board and one of the sheep was going into labour.
The driver backed up and parked in the emergency lane to help the female sheep give birth. Due to the urgency, they did not have time to place warning signs aside.
Traffic police found the scene out from their monitor and rushed to the scene. When they arrived, the first baby sheep has come out so they closed the relative lane. The second baby sheep came later.
It’s reported the driver planned to transfer the sheep to a farm when he found that the ewe was about to give birth.
The traffic police didn’t punish the drive but educated him about traffic rules.
The video was filmed on April 7 in Hangzhou, China.
