It started out as a peaceful Filipino protest against Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte's fascist regime when "crosswalk Karen" appeared out of nowhere and later on screamed "All Lives Matter!" then "Drama Ken" came along and crashed the protest and acted like he can just barge in and walk through the protesters wearing and pointing to his white skin / white privilege. Ken forced his way into the protesters, disrupted the protest, there was screaming, pushing, it was a little bit of chaos that put the protest into a halt while everybody was trying to get rid of Drama Ken who faked a fall and decided he was the "victim" after crashing into a peaceful protest. He even wanted to call the police.
