Left Turner fails to yeild causing a car accident
I witnessed a collision at the intersection of W Butler Road and Ashmore Bridge Road. The SUV was attempting to make a left turn against a flashing yellow. A Dodge Charger going through a green light struck the SUV. Unfortunately, I was not close enough to get a good view of the collision.
Time of Collision: September 3rd, 4:30pm

I gave my information to both parties, but the police on the scene did not need to see the footage.
