Stray cat stands guard at Chinese firestation after being raised by brigade for three years
A stray cat now stands guard with firefighters in southwestern China after being raised by the local fire brigade for three years.
The video, filmed in the city of Guiyang in Guizhou Province on November 30, shows a cat named Lan Mao (Blue Cat) sitting beside a firefighter who was standing guard.
According to reports, the former stray cat walked into the fire brigade accidentally three years ago and the firemen started to look after it.
After being taken good care of, the cat adapted to life in the fire brigade and became one of them, and has accompanied the firefighters to stand guard rain or shine.
