Doorbell camera captures delivery man's emotional reaction after accidentally disturbing sleeping baby
A pizza delivery man instantly apologised after ringing a doorbell, ignoring the homeowner's sign warning them not to.
Joe Cad from Altus, Oklahoma, had left a sign explaining that ringing the doorbell would wake up his baby.
The delivery driver out of habit rang the doorbell without realising what was written on the note.
Cad said: "We had recently tested positive for COVID and we were in quarantine. We decided to order a pizza and use their contactless delivery, we didn't want them to ring the doorbell cause our dogs bark at it and our baby was sleeping.
"We put a sign on the doorbell 'please do not ring doorbell baby is sleeping' so the pizza delivery man came and out of habit rang the doorbell anyway.
"He was so disappointed in himself and beat himself over it. After the fact, we told him it was all ok and no harm was done."
