Programmer changes colour and controls light with Playstation controller
This programmer from Dubai is able to control and change the colour of his living room lights with the use of a PlayStation 4 controller.
Footage from January 6 shows how by pressing different buttons on the controller, the light can turn on and off.
As well as basic on and off controls, the programme is able to change the colour emitted by the light fixture.
Creator Salam Waddah told Newsflare: "I have few smart devices at home and I just thought it would be cool if I used a gaming controller to control them.
"I connected the PlayStation controller to a computer via Bluetooth.
"Then I programmed the computer to receive button clicks from the controller then depending on the button pressed, the computer will interact with the lights, mind you the lights are also 'smart' and connected to my home network."
