Colombia's capital Bogota implemented a new lockdown for three neighborhoods, Suba, Engativa, and Usaquén, starting Tuesday (January 5) for two weeks.

This new measure, which affects 2.6 million residents, comes as coronavirus cases in Bogota doubled their daily average of 2,400 cases registered by the Ministry of Health in November.

Footage from Wednesday (January 6) shows the relatively quiet street of Engativa, a neighborhood in the west of the city.
