Siberian man appears to 'cook' egg on sheet of ice in -30C temperatures
A man in Russia's Eastern Siberia has demonstrated how cracking an egg over a sheet of ice in -30 degrees Celsius conditions looks like it has fried.
Footage captured on January 19 on the shore of Lake Baikal shows the filmer cracking an egg on a small sheet of ice.
It almost instantly freezes and gives the appearance of a cooked egg.
The filmer said: "Frosts are strong at -30 and I decided to conduct some an experiment with an egg and ice.
"The egg on the ice floe froze almost instantly and looked like it was cooked in a frying pan!"
