Steam rising from Siberian river makes it seem like water is BOILING
Stunning footage from Siberia in Russia shows steam rising from a river making it seem as though the water is boiling.
The footage, which was captured on January 3, shows the Angara River when the mercury sank to minus 30 degrees Celsius.
"It looks like the river is boiling!" said the filmer, Artem Shapirenko.
"Why doesn't it freeze? This is due to the very fast flow," he added.
