UK Man crashes over seemingly invisible barrier while riding his bike
Uploaded by a Newsflare content partner
My name's is Jeff Allen, I am a sheet metal fabricator, I living in Beeston Regis, sheringham, North Norfolk.
It was recorded on the 22 January 2021 in Cromer, in their coastal carpark.
My son has been struggling with anxiety during these lockdowns, so to get him out the house more for exercise I brought him a mountain bike for Christmas. We took a 3 mile bike ride to Cromer and on the way home he got ahead of me, so I decided to pull my phone out and get him in a video with the coast as a back drop. With the low sun and glare and me concentrating on him and my phone I totally didn't see the barrier, which in my defense is also the same colour as the road.
At first I thought I'd broken at least one leg but did walk away with just cuts and bruises, it's been 4 days now and I have cuts up my right shin and some swelling, my right thigh is still dead, left wrist hurts and I have a swollen left elbow.
