A farmer discovered a strange pink eel in Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam.

The farmer said he spotted the pink eel in a rice field and he was surprised by its unusual colour.

The entire body of the eel is pink and the head of it has yellow patterns.

The farmer has sold the eel to a hobbyist for $300 USD.

The farmer said that while out in the rice field he discovered this eel along with two other eels. He was surprised by the eel's special color. The entire body of the eel is pink and the head of the eel has yellow patterns.
It differs from regular eels which are only black or brown in color.
This was the first time he had seen such an oddly colored eel.
The eel was sold to a hobbyist by the farmer for 300 USD.
