Pinkberry Karen gets shut down by manager
Alex J. tries to ring up a customer who starts arguing with him. The customer accuses Alex of not serving her the correct frozen yogurt cup size. He insists that all the yogurt is weighed out and therefore always the correct size. The customer gets belligerent and tells him to make it again correctly before she shoves it down his throat. Alex responds by taking a big bite of her frozen yogurt and tells her that he is the manager when the Karen asks to speak to one.
