Thankfully, there was a foam pit! Sound on!
The video shows a gymnast trying to dismount from the uneven bars in a backflip. It had been a long training day so the exhaustion was real. In the end, the gymnast forgot to let go so her feet came up and caught on the bar. She was then forced to let go which leads to falling headfirst into the foam pit. The noise is the coach yelling at her to let go and the gymnast being surprised about what is happening. She did not hurt herself.
