Chinese hospital uses blood-drawing robot to aid medical workers
A hospital in eastern China is using blood-drawing robots to aid medical workers.
The video, filmed in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province on January 1, shows a robot drawing blood from a patient's arm.
According to a worker, the robot has an emergency power supply if it has a sudden power cut. The blood-drawing robot can help reduce the medical workers' labour intensity as well as reduce the risk of secondary transmission and cross infection.
