While filming B-roll for a hotel commercial, I noticed the spray of a surfacing dolphin in the lower part of my screen. Stopping and starting the video again, I followed the dolphins, who would turn sideways and see my drone above them in the past... But this was the first time they (I believe) saw the drone and did not change course. I followed the pod, including a smaller, adolescent dolphin that seemed to stay close to two other dolphins. You can see the two smaller dolphins playing in the first group around the 4 minute, 20 second mark (4:20).

Who: Dolphins
What: Hopefully playing.
Where: Puerto Lopez Port, In front of the Navy Station, Providence of Manabi, Ecuador.
When: At 15:45, April 18th, 2021
Why: Filming B roll and noticed a large group of dolphins coming onto my screen from the bottom corner.
How: DJI Mini 2 Drone, 1080, 60 FPS.

The Dolphins are often seen in the port around this time, but I had no idea the size of the groups that come into the port.
