This tree is ready to 'leaf' the area as it grows inside one of London's famous old red telephone boxes on May 19.


"The multiple small windows in the box will have acted like a green house and there must have been cracks in the floor that allowed it to grow and get water. It's clear that this occurred naturally and wasn't planted there," said Tony Fisher, the filmer.

A 2m tree was spotted growing inside an old red telephone box in London England. The box appears to be abandoned with the electronics stripped out. It's close to the Riverside Cafe on the Albert Embankment path near Lambeth bridge not far from the famous Houses of Parliament.
