I am Emma Louise Heald, 20 (21 as of Aug 6th), currently part time in retail and part time self employed.

My videos were filmed in my bedroom, my whole business was created in my bedroom, and I live in Manchester.

When I first started making melts during the pandemic, I was shopping for moulds online and stumbled across the mould, I bought it to see what I could do with it and started making up creepy cat melts originally, then a customer came to me and asked if i could make them look like her cats, and I gave it a go, and it went on from there.

My friends and family were pretty shocked, but loved the idea. I’ve had lots of mixed reviews, quite a few nasty comments from people who A, Don’t like cats and B, aren’t really into melts, just not really knowing what’s going on and not understanding the hype. I’ve had soooo much love from cat people, however my customers mainly buy to keep not to melt.

In the videos I’m mainly just showing the different cats I’ve made, the colour going into the wax, the cats melting, mainly stuff like that.
