A mum in Fremont, Nevada, filmed as her excited 4-year-old son was reunited with his dog that went missing.

Filmed by Seraea Crandall, this video features the filmer's sons, Shannon and Timothy rushing to see their dog, who had been missing for over a day.

She said: "My son's dog got out of the yard and adventured off. We looked all day and night for her. We started losing hope thinking someone took her or she got hit by a car.

"My 4-year-old was worried about his baby and hardly slept. The next evening, we got a call saying the pup had been found. The video shows Shannon finally getting to meet her after missing her terribly! Not even the little stumble could keep him away from his pup!"

This footage was filmed on June 2.
