Tropical Storm Kevin brought heavy rains to Baja California, Mexico on August 11.
The center of Tropical Storm Kevin was about 460 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of Baja California and is expected to weaken to a tropical depression Wednesday evening and a remnant low by early Friday.
