This chiropractor based in Chicago, US, filmed as he used his Y-strap on two patients with very different outcomes.

The first clip shows the satisfying moment the patient's spine and neck is clicked as Dr. Shalabi pulls the technique that he calls the "soul snatcher."

The following video shows how it can go wrong as the chiropractor falls backwards after the Y-strap falls off the patient's head.

He said: "I'm glad I didn't fall and even though the first attempt didn't go too well for the patient or myself, I was able to pop his neck just fine in the following attempt. Recovery level = 100, ha!"
