Japanese Aerobatic Team Blue Impulse jets Practice Run before the Paralympic Opening Ceremony
Japan's Air Self-Defense Force aerobatics team Blue Impulse soared over Tokyo skies on August 22, 2021, in a practice run of the course the jets will fly two days later on August 24th to commemorate the Opening Ceremony of the Tokyo Paralympic.
This video was taken near the Tokyo Olympic Stadium (National Stadium). Though there were no Olympic Rings sky-written in the practice run, many Tokyo residents gathered to catch a glimpse of Blue Impulse despite the Tokyo government urging people to stay home to stop the spread of COVID-19.
