On Saturday, September the 11th thousands of Coronavirus vaccine opponents all around the country gathered in Istanbul - Maltepe for the 'Great Awakening rally'. It said buses from 50 different provinces brought people to the meeting zone.

Masks were checked by the police at the entry points to those who came to participate in the rally, and those without masks were warned to wear masks. However, it was seen that most of the participants took off their masks after entering the rally area.

"We are here to challenge global powers", said the speaker and organizer of the event writer and journalist Abdurrahman Dilipak, who stated that they used buses to bring people from 50 cities for the anti-vaccine rally, his speech at the rally he said that they want the Turkey office of the World Health Organization to be closed.
