'A floody Wednesday annoyed the residents of Hollidaysburg, PA as they faced the brutal aftermath of Hurricane Ida.
Filmed on September 1, 2021, this drone footage shows a good portion of Frankstown submerged in floodwater.
"This video offers a close look at the flooding that occurred on 9/1/2021 in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania," the filmer, Michael Shanafelt commented. "The flooding was due to the remnants of Hurricane Ida passing through the area. Over five inches of rain fell in less than 24 hours."
The car driving through the floodwater toward the end has become a hot topic among the viewers.
