Funny bear cubs frolic on the shores of the Kurile Lake, Kamchatka
The main owners of the Kamchatka Peninsula are bears. Here they can be found in very large numbers, and in the summer period of fattening in places such as the Kuril Lake, they gather just in huge herds. In this video, three cubs walk on the shore of the lake and even try to fish on their own. Not far from them, the mother bear hunts and makes sure that no one offends her children. During her life, a bear brings 12-15 cubs, of which about half survive. Usually the female gives birth to 3-4 cubs approximately every 3-4 years. Mother's milk is necessary for cubs up to three or even four years old. By the age of five, the young animal reaches puberty and begins an independent life. The most active years of his life are 5-12 years.
