More than 34,400 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Hong Kong on Monday, February 28, and the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department found more than a hundred positive COVID-19 cases of samples from people in the slaughterhouses.

Long lines were formed at supermarkets across Hong Kong to stock up daily necessities and groceries.
