Ukraine refugee reception and processing centre in Dorohusk, Poland
This footage was filmed and produced 16 March 2022.
Daytime at the Dorohusk Border Crossing between Poland and Ukraine. Volunteers work 24 hours to feed and help refugees as they cross into Poland. This is the site at the border and there is a secondary site which is the main reception centre where paperwork is completed and further assistance is provided. Out side of the main reception and processing there are many other volunteers helping the refugees and pets with all kinds of essentials including medical, food, clothing, toys etc. There is also a mobile company providing free SIM cards for the refugees to call, text and go online to contact family, friends, resources etc.
