I put my Velcro suit on with high hopes that I would actually stick my first landing on a Velcro wall. I have been wanting to try it ever since I was a little girl. I saw it on TV a few times here and there growing up and I always wondered if it’s really as easy as they make it look. My mom always told me, “you’ll never know until you try it out yourself.” So here I am, 25 years old and I’m finally getting the opportunity to fulfill this life long dream I’ve always had. I was ready and determined to throw my entire 110 pound body up against this Velcro wall as hard as humanly possible. Unfortunately, this dream of mine did not work out the way I was hoping for. I did not stick. However, I believe that the worn out suits and the velcro wall itself, are the reasons why this was a fail.
