This brave motorcycle rider performs stunts while whizzing around a 'wall of death'.

The young lad revs his off-road motorbike around the vertical wooden planks while collecting tips from spectators.

Without wearing a helmet or safety gear, he sits cross-legged and removes his hands while waving them in the air.

The high-octane motorcycle act is followed by a car driver who accelerates the vehicle around the death-defying attraction.

Organisers move the event to different festivals and carnivals around Thailand. Video shows them performing at a Buddhist temple fair in Samut Prakan province on the outskirts of Bangkok on October 21.

Rider Khun Top said: 'This is not something anybody can try. I have many years of experience riding motorcycles, ever since I was a child.

'I learned how to ride around the wall of death with practice, and by being very brave. I've never had an accident because I concentrate all the time.'

The traditional event has coyote dancers in shorts outside the 'wall of death' to draw in customers, who pay around 100 baht (2.62 USD) each to watch the spectacle.

Outside there are also food stands and carnival games to entertain locals.
