With the Puxi side of Shanghai going into lockdown on April 1st, people put in their last orders for medicine on the evening of the 31st at a nearby pharmacy via the ubiquitous delivery services seen here. The lockdown is officially scheduled for four days, however the Pudong lockdown that just occurred four days prior has been extended another 14 days if a positive case is found in the building you live in.
