According to local people, strong waves and wind suddenly hit their area, causing dozens of boats that were anchored to be destroyed and sunk. The incident happened so quickly that the fishermen could not move the boat to safety. After the waves and wind subsided the boats were washed ashore in a state of complete destruction.
