UPDATE:
Shamokin police taken into custody Joseph Boscolovich Jr., (25 years old) after he started a fire at the Coal Hole in Shamokin. Boscolovich is charges with Arson for a fire at 5th and Walnut along with a second fire at 203 South Seventh Street, Shamokin, Pa. three felony counts of arson, felony burglary and criminal trespass and causing or risking a catastrophe.


Joseph Boscolovich Jr., of East Dewart Street, was charged Monday by Police Chief Ray Siko and a warrant for Boscolovich Jr., was granted by Shamokin District Judge John Gembic.
The criminal complaint during an interview Boscolovich allegedly stated “I was doing demolition at the building” “I was told to "take care of the buildings," according to a criminal complaint. When asked who told him to do it, Boscolovich "They needed my help to get rid of these buildings," according to a criminal complaint.
Boscolovich faces three felony counts of arson, felony burglary and criminal trespass and causing or risking a catastrophe.
