This is the trio of sweet sisters in Jeff, Kentucky that always support one another during swim time.

Then my youngest daughter watches my middle daughter go off the high dive to be sure she is safe, and cheers 'you can do it Lilah!'" said the equally supportive mom who filmed the heartwarming moment on July 24.
