Brighton's Pride Parade returned to the city after a COVID break and celebrated its belated 30th anniversary.

The footage filmed on Saturday (August 6) shows a colourful parade of dancers and activists making their way through Brighton with crowds lining the streets to cheer them on.

The first Brighton Pride took place in 1973 but it did not return to the city again until 1991. For the last two years, the event had been canceled due to COVID.

It usually attracts crowds of up to 250,000 people and this year has Christina Aguilera and Paloma Faith headlining on Saturday and Sunday.
