This is the dangerous moment a car driving in the middle lane made an abrupt u- turn on a Sacramento, California road on June 17 leading to a collision.
"Yes the driver said I didn't let him switch to my lane. The driver did not get out of the vehicle because I damaged his door but I spoke to the passenger. There were no injuries. I am feeling better after the accident but insurance did make a hassle even with the DashCam footage and that was overwhelming," the filmer said.
