Police sealed off the scene with tape after Just Stop Oil sprayed paint over the Aston Martin car dealership on London's Park Lane on Sunday 16 October.

The climate change activists also sat down in the busy road outside, briefly blocking traffic until angry motorists and the police dragged them away.

Just Stop Oil have carried out a number of actions in London in recent days, including throwing what appeared to be tomato soup over a Van Gogh 'Sunflowers' painting in the National Gallery and covering the New Scotland Yard police HQ sign with orange paint. Dozens of people have been arrested.

They are campaigning to get the UK government to halt new fossil fuel licensing and production.
