'Shocking': Germany and Japan fans wait hours to leave Qatar stadium in commuter confusion at World Cup
"Terribly slow and over the top cautious by the Qatari organisers at the metro station after the Germany v Japan World Cup game at the Khalifa stadium," said the filmer of this clip from Wednesday (November 23).
"Fans were let in 10 at a time, with thousands waiting in line. I waited 45 minutess and I was towards the front compared to so many more people. Some must have waited at least two hours to enter the metro.
When I got down onto the platform, it was almost empty.
Absolutely shocking organisation and pointless as to keep so many fans waiting for so long," said the filmer.
