Kentucky's Paducah is being battered by strong winds and heavy rain as a winter storm takes hold.
Footage from December 22 shows heavy rain being swirled around by strong winds, reducing visibility.
The filmer said: "It is easily the worst winter storm to hit western ky for as long as I can remember and I have lived here 20 years.
"It is very dangerous, the temperatures are below zero and visibility is causing crashes and it's only getting worse."
