Enormous collision as two cars in Houston collide as one turns left on yellow light
The dashcam of a car captures a horrific crash at a signal at W. Tidwell road at Fairbanks in Houston, Texas, on November 21, 2022. The car with the dashcam that captured the footage was standing at a signal when a red car came speeding from the left and banged into a black car, throwing it off the lane and crashing it into the car at the signal. Since the red car was in full motion, the crash was very harsh and the impact caused the dashcam to displace.
"About the accident... It is still under investigation and legal matters are pending. The driver of the red car fled the scene. The driver of the black car is believed to be at fault for failing to yield to on-coming traffic. The driver of the black car had a flashing yellow arrow for a traffic light, which means that they are free to turn left, if they are clear to do so, but they must yield to any on-coming traffic. The red car appeared to be speeding, so I am not sure who will be considered at fault for this accident. All I know is that I was an innocent by-stander and I got collected up in their wreck. Thankfully, there were no injuries that I am aware of. I was not injured and my airbags did not deploy. My car is being repaired and I am hoping to get it back soon," the filmer said.
