Kei K. is a 20-year-old college student who freelances as a 3D artist from Tokyo, Japan.

On July 3, 2022, Kei uses special video effects and CGI to create a tower of Jenga blocks that gets up and walks around unsteadily, like a drunk person. A CGI hand places a block at the top of the tower, and the tower leans to the side like it is about to fall. Instead of falling, the tower suddenly comes to life and walks around the desk like a drunk person before returning back to its spot and turning back into a normal Jenga tower.

This project took Kei around 3 weeks to complete using VFX software like Maya and Nuke. The "drunk" animation itself came from the motion capture data Kei created at school. When asked about inspiration for the CGI clip, Kei answers, "I did motion capturing at school and made several random motion data. I liked the drunk move the best, and I wanted to use the data to make a funny video, then I came up with the idea of making Jenga drunk."

Kei gives further context about themselves: "I started teaching myself a free 3D software called 'blender' with my laptop in 2018. I would like to get into the film industry as a VFX artist. My dream is to work in major VFX studios such as ILM, Weta and DNEG."
