An adorable baby boy was fascinated by a moving and talking doll in Japan.

Footage shows the six-month-old toddler Mana giggling when the white seal plushy gyrated and made sounds in Okinawa.

However, little Mana's adorable expressions turned into confusion as the object continued to rotate and produce strange sounds.

Moments later, the baby was crying and called for his father's help.

Father Shingo Terukina said: ‘The toy was supposed to copy what you say but it was moving and talking constantly. Maybe my little boy Mana was overwhelmed.'

Mana was reintroduced to the seal doll and played with it after their overwhelming first encounter.
