Woman falls into water in Canary Wharf, London: Emergency services and passersby use rope to rescue her
A woman fell into the water at Heron Quays, Canary Wharf, London, at approximately 6 pm on February 9. Two brave men jumped into the canal to rescue her.
The footage shows police officers and paramedics with torches at the scene of the incident. The video also features people pulling a rope that was launched into the water in order to rescue the drowning woman and two men, who were later treated by paramedics. Two were admitted to the hospital.
