Driver at TURN RIGHT KEEP CLEAR junction executes a U-TURN and fails miserably, having to reverse, drive forward, reverse, several times to complete the u-turn. Later, moron moves across THREE LANES to try and turn right. Absolute IDIOT.

Driver then tailgated me (though not on video) and was in RIGHT HAND LANE at approach to Eastleigh / M27 junction and cut across THREE LANES to go WESTBOUND on the M27! UTTER LUNATIC!
