Watch as Marc shows that fear is nothing but a state of mind by sliding down a mid-rise building and making it look as easy as turning off a switch.

"It took me about 30 minutes to prepare for this descent," the subject revealed to WooGlobe. "I checked every level individually and made sure everything was safe and had a perfect amount of grip. I did the slides at the bottom first and slowly made my way up."

He further stated that his biggest challenge was calming his mind down and trusting his 15 years of parkour experience.

"After that, it was pure fun, especially the last long slide," he added.
