Randy Manhey was enjoying a quiet evening at home in Schuylerville, New York with his girlfriend, Bridget when she stumbled upon a video online of someone bouncing back and forth on a huge yoga ball. Inspired by the video, Bridget decided she just had to try it out for herself.

Filmed on April 19, Randy helped her get ready by suiting her up with a giant yoga ball and duct tape. In their kitchen, he circled around her with the tape to ensure it stayed secure as she held the ball up to her back. With everything in place, she gave it a test run, and then it was time for the main event.

Randy filmed as Bridget bounced around their yard for a good 10 minutes or so, laughing and having the time of her life. The experience brought joy not only to Bridget but also to Randy and his grandchildren who watched and laughed along with her.

This video was recorded by my boyfriend Randy Manhey at our home in Schuylerville New York. I saw a video online of someone trying this and decided I HAD to give it a shot. So Randy helped me get suited up with a giant yoga ball and duct tape. We stood in our kitchen and as I held the ball up to my back he ran circles around me with the tape to make sure it would stay secure. I gave it a test run then he filmed me as I bounced around our yard, having the time of my life. I bounced around for a good 10 minutes or so as him and his grandchildren laughed, oh and me too!
