STORYLINE:
Weather today is very hot, dusty, and dry 'Khamasini' as the temperature is expected to become about nine degrees Celsius above the annual average. Rain showers are expected to fall during the night hours over some areas, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Winds are southeasterly to southwesterly light and moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low.
Partially cloudy skies and relatively hot weather conditions are expected on Saturday with a significant drop in temperature, yet remaining above its seasonal average by around three degrees Celsius.
Moderate weather conditions with partially cloudy to clear skies are expected on Sunday with a further drop in temperatures to become around its annual average.
No significant change in temperature is expected on Monday.
The PMD warned against direct sun exposure for long times, especially during peak hours between 11 AM to 4 PM. They are also warned against setting fires to dry leaves and grass.
