A cute video from the Newsflare archive of a mole which became stuck as it tried to surface through a pavement.

According to the filmer she was walking her dog when she suddenly came across the mole trying to burrow up between paving stones.

After a few minutes, the creature got out and ran off into nearby bushes, according to the filmer.

The clilp was filmed in the Netherlands in 2015.

I was walking my dog while this little mole came out of his hole in between the tiles. It looks like he's stuck, but he keeps working hard and comes out without any problems. After he got out, he ran pretty fast into the nearby bushes.

I wasn't able to capture his escape on the video, because my dog tried to catch it and eat it alive. I stopped filming to keep her from te little critter. Also with me was my youngest daugther (6 years old), she says she wants to help the mole. I replied 'no' since the mole could get out itself just fine.
