Info from Licensor: "I recorded this video that is now trending. While at home, I noticed a thunderstorm coming from the west or southwest. My wife had just returned from picking up my daughter from school. The garage door was closed and my daughter was still in the car when I noticed my garage door rattling, and through the small windows of my garage, I noticed a dust cloud stirring. I quickly shouted to my daughter to come to take a look as I opened the garage door. She is fascinated by weather events. What took place next was the video submitted here. Where the landspout took place is a future park directly across the street from me that is currently under construction. There were construction workers down there at the time. Once the landspout passed, they just continued their work as if nothing occurred. But the winds were severe enough to cause a scare. I'd say 70 mph winds for 20 seconds sustained. Then clear as if nothing occurred. Truly phenomenal."
