An incident involving punches and cars racing off occurred last night (June 18) at 1.13 am on Brompton Road in London's Knightsbridge.

The footage shows a man lying unconscious on the pavement as a group kicks and punches another. Some people involved in the fight can be seen escaping the scene in a Mercedes.

According to the person who filmed this video, the fight erupted when a group of women were chatting with some men.

"Some guys got annoyed and it turned into a big rally of four vehicles involved. Lots of guys punched each other up and stuff like that", he explained.

The filmer said that the man lying on the ground was punched and that when the ambulance arrived, he was given a drip and brought to the hospital.

The person who captured this video handed over the footage to the police before uploading it to Newslfare.
