British dad puts magic of Eiffel Tower sparkle into his daughter's hands
A devoted father from East Yorkshire, England, delighted his daughter with an unforgettable experience during their trip to Paris.
"Esmae turned 8-years-old and we decided to surprise her with a trip of a lifetime", said Joel, the child's father, from Hull. "We told her she was visiting Liverpool but only to fly from Liverpool Airport to Paris the following day. When we woke her up in the hotel the morning of our trip at 5am and broke the news to her she was completely overjoyed."
But the excitement didn't end there. Joel packed a light switch with the idea that when the Eiffel Tower started to sparkle after dusk, he could film her reaction as if she’d turned the lights on herself.
"Prior to our Paris visit, I realised how many cool videos were filmed in front of the Eiffel Tower. I’ve seen many trends but never saw anyone use a light switch to turn it on."
"She absolutely loved it!" he said. "She said she felt magical and though now she knows that daddy set this up to give her a memory of a lifetime and how the lights really worked, she finds it hilarious that we pranked the people around us who believed she turned them on!"
